"Critics Quotes"
"(Gabriel Navarro performs with an unguarded boyish innocence but with a regal voice).""The chemistry between Ms. Tucker’s downtrodden ‘Ella and Mr. [Navarro’s] lovestruck Prince Topher, is resoundingly right.""And when the Prince from his throne picks up the song’s refrain of “Just as long as I stay in my own little chair,” it cleverly cements their kinship as dreamers confined by their station. "" ‘Ella’s enchanting "Ten Minutes Ago" duet with Mr. Navarro, which is equivalent to Romeo and Juliet’s “palmers’ kiss” scene, is sung quite fetchingly here."" the soaring lovers’ duet “Do I Love You Because You’re Beautiful?” performed with rapturous gusto by Mr. Navarro and Ms. Tucker."By Chris Daniels

"Gabriel Navarro as Prince Topher mixes swashbuckler with vulnerability to great effect. His rendering of “Ten Minutes Ago” is sure to melt the stoney facades of any stodgy humbugs that might have doubts about seeing a fairytale."By Sean McMullen

Two American travelers lose their way in the Scottish Highlands and stumble upon Brigadoon—a mysterious village that appears for just one day every hundred years. With its lush score, live orchestra, sweeping choreography, and a newly adapted book, this beloved classic is a heart-stirring journey into a world where time stands still, and love defies all logic. Featuring the Lerner & Loewe Broadway standards “Almost Like Being In Love” and “The Heather on the Hill,” let yourself be swept away by one of the most romantic musicals ever written, as timeless as the legend itself.

This bold new adaptation of Brigadoon accentuates Lerner & Loewe’s glorious score and legendary premise of a village untouched by time, while deepening the emotional and psychological world of the story.

With richly reimagined characters shaped by authentic Scottish history, ritual, and music, the piece becomes more than a sweeping love story, but a meditation on grief, choice, and belonging.

The result? A newly alive Brigadoon of rare immediacy—impossible to miss.
